Gator Families,

We are so excited you have registered your swimmer(s) to join us this summer.  We have been hard at work preparing for another unusual summer, and are working within the necessary restrictions to provide as much normalcy as possible.

We are thrilled to announce that the SCSC League has approved a meet schedule that includes the opportunity to provide races and meets this summer!  There's a lot to know, so please read the information here and in the associated webpages carefully:

• Meets:
  • The meet schedule is subject to change (and most likely will) based on the COVID environment as we move closer to June and July

    • In June, we will conduct "virtual meets" which are meets where we race at our pool while the opposing team races at their pool, then we upload and combine times for placing and scoring
    • In July, we aim to have in person meets while enforcing social distancing.  
• Meet Configuration:
  • Meets will be ran very differently in order to facilitate distancing and capacity limitations.  We will run with specific age groups and boys/girls separately, meaning faster paced meets in a smaller amount of time.

We anticipate much of this changing and will continue adapting based on circumstances.  We always keep our website up to date, so please reference these pages for the latest information.

Lastly, we will hold a virtual information session for ALL parents in early May.  During this session we will walk through what to expect this year, how meets and expectations will be different, and answer any questions you have.  We hope you all attend, as this will be new for all of us - both new and returning families!  The exact date and time will be provided later.
