Leveled Progression System
- Our progression system provides a motivational path for swimmers of all abilities to improve their swimming expertise.
- Each practice session is broken down by lane to allow for optimal flexibility and level growth without changing practice time frequently.
- Current level and advancement is at the coaches discretion
- Levels are tracked and available for parents to see within this website in the "My Account" area, clicking on a swimmers name.

How it Works
Athletes will learn the necessary skills in their current level, while also being introduced to more advanced techniques. The levels are designed to focus the proper emphasis on fundamental skills and allow the swimmers to effectively progress without creating bad habits. Swimmers will not progress to the following level unless they have fully met all requirements for the current level. This is up to the coaches discretion when looking at what is best for each individual athlete.

8 | Racing Turns and Dives | Begin using blocks, and holding mock events, helping swimmers feel prepared for competitive races. |
9 | Competitive Training | Although there are set requirements to progress within each level, as we get closer to the summer swim season there will be a need to spread this training across all levels. This will allow the younger swimmers competing, who aren’t necessarily able to swim butterfly and breaststroke, to still be able to compete with confidence and basic skills. This level will be tailored to the current ability of all swimmers. |
